Original Roadhouse Grill is seeking locations in the Western United Sates in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, & Utah. All of our locations are company owned and operated.

We believe in selecting a limited amount of quality restaurant locations primarily in metropolitan & suburban areas with a balance of daytime and evening populations.

Site Requirements

  • Free standing pad or end cap
  • Fully funded Build-to-Suit or Reverse Build-to-Suit opportunities through 2011
  • Building size of 6,000 to 7,000 sq.ft.
  • Seating capacity of 150 seats minimum (patio area preferred)
  • Design Standards allowing neon, corrugated metal, & clapboard siding
  • Freeway locations or freeway visibility preferred

Trade Area

  • Population of 50,000 or more within a 10 minute drive time.
  • Average household income of $45,000 to $90,000 in a three mile radius.
  • Daytime population of 30,000 or greater.
  • GLA greater than 1.1 million square feet in a two mile radius.

Activity Generators

  • Power centers, lifestyle centers, or Mall pad locations
  • Strong balance of residential and business activity.
  • Average daily traffic of at least 25,000 cars per day.
